Ready to race it out against your mates?
If you’re looking for an event with a little bit extra, whether you’re celebrating an occasion or just simply want to enjoy some time out with your mates or family, then our Mini Grand Prix experience is the way to go. With guaranteed exclusive use of the track for your group, an upgraded race format and trophy presentation to finish – you can arrange an event to remember!
Who can race?
Mini Grand Prix are available for ages 13+ with a minimum inside leg measurement of 29 inches (Adult karts only) and groups must have a minimum of 8 or 12 drivers depending on track capacity at your desired location.
What’s the format?
All members of your group will be requested to arrive at the venue 40 minutes prior to your designated track time. We’ll get everyone signed in, into their race-suits and after a short safety briefing everyone will head to the pits. All karters will compete in a practice/qualifying round to determine the fastest laps and placements on the grid for the next session. After the practice/qualifying there will be a short break where everyone receives a personalised print-out of the electronically timed laps so you can see how they compared to each other! You can also use this time to grab some tips and hints from our track marshals in an attempt to beat your rivals. After the short break, everyone will head into the pits again and this time, directed to a place on the grid. Then it’s time to get into race mode as the lights go green, the race is on and the winner will be the first person to cross the finish line as the chequered flag is flown! Once the race is over, everyone will head to the podium for a short presentation awarding your top three karters with 3rd, 2nd and 1st place trophies to take home!
