Looking for racing excitement in the north of England? TeamSport Preston go-karting track features two tracks, including one multi-Level, professionally designed over three awesome floors, come and race on our, all-thrills track.

The second track holds a unique racing experience, Combat Karts. Live out your dreams by playing your favourite racing games in real life with Combat Karts. Where racing meets gaming. Up to 10 drivers can take to the track and compete for the podium by collecting and using boosts like Power+, Turbo, Blast, Shield and Zap to make sure you cross the finish line first. 

You’ll find us in Bamber Bridge on the Walton Summit Centre, and as the UK’s number one for indoor karting, we can’t wait to show you all the pedal-to-metal opportunities on offer, including incredible straights speed-lovers will crave and hair-raising bends that’ll test the nerve of even the best karters!

Welcome to TeamSport Preston

Feel like testing your racing nerve? Head to Bamber Bridge in Preston and race our state-of-the-art e-karts, to experience true karting finesse. With a multi-level circuit and facilities to suit all levels of experience, you’re sure to get the karting bug with us.

Just a 20-minute drive out of the centre of Preston, TeamSport offers much more than a thrilling race experience. Upon your visit, you’ll suit up into professional racing gear, have a full safety briefing and even receive some racing tuition.

Preston is also home to Combat Karts, a unique experience. Compete it out with friends or family to take the chequered flag. Collect boosts/bonuses on the way that will allow you to interact with other drivers by slowing them down or giving you that extra speed.  

You can make your trip a family day out too, children as young as eight can take part, and we also have the fully licensed Bar & Kitchen for drinks and food, and a spectators’ area for those who aren’t quite ready to brave the course!

Our excellent track is also open for adult group events – from staff parties and corporate days to staff parties to your best mate’s stag or hen do or extra large parties - there’s no thrill quite like steaming past your pals in a speedy kart!

The Starter Track at TeamSport Preston is a smaller, beginner‑friendly circuit built to help new drivers learn the basics with confidence. Its compact 250m layout and smoother bends make it ideal for practising essential skills like steering, braking and finding your racing line; all at a relaxed, manageable pace.

It’s also the home of our Rookie Race Experience and Combat Karts Experience, offering the perfect environment for younger racers, first‑timers and families. Thanks to its size and simplicity, drivers of all ages can get up to speed quickly, build confidence lap by lap, and enjoy a safe, supportive introduction to karting.

How to Find TeamSport Preston Indoor Go Karting Track

Get directions

TeamSport Go Karting Preston, 148 Brierley Road, Walton Summit Centre, Bamber Bridge, Preston PR5 8AH

By Car:

From Preston/A59 via A6:

From Preston, continue on the A59 towards the A6. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto London Way/A6 then at the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on London Way/A6. Take a slight left onto Lostock Lane/A6. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Church Road/A6 then at the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Walton Summit road. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Brierley Road. Follow the road all the way round, and just after the bend, the TeamSport entrance and car park will be on your left.

From M61/Walton Summit Motorway:

Take the M61 towards M55/M65/M6/Preston. At junction 9, take the M65 exit to Burnley/Blackburn/Preston. At Clayton Brook Interchange, take the 2nd exit onto Walton Summit Motorway heading to Walton Summit. At the roundabout, continue straight onto Tramway Lane. When you come to a roundabout continue straight onto Brierley Road then the same on the next round about, you can then follow the road round and TeamSport entrance and car park will be on your left.

From M6, Junction 29:

At junction 29, take the M65 exit to Burnley/Blackburn then at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Church Road/A6. When you come to the next roundabout take the 1st exit on Walton Summit Road. At the following roundabout, take the first exit onto Brierley Road and then follow the road round and the TeamSport entrance and car park will be on your left.

By Train:

The nearest train station is Bamber Bridge. This is a short 5 minute cab ride or a 15 minute walk away from TeamSport.

By Bus:

The nearest bus stop is based on Dawson Place, within Walton Summit Centre which is a short 10 minute walk along Brierley Road to TeamSport.
