What’s the minimum age to work here?

Some of our frontline crew roles are suitable for 16 year olds depending on daily duties and track.


Can I transfer between tracks?

Yes, we advertise all of our roles internally so there are always opportunities to move around the business.


How do I log in to my candidate account?

Simply navigate to the 'My Account' section on our careers page, then enter your registered email address and password to access your account.


What if I’ve forgotten my password?

No worries! Just click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page and follow the simple steps to reset your password.


I am having issues logging in to my account

Unfortunately we are unable to support directly on account set up, however all communication will be sent to the email address that you set the account up with.


How can I update my personal details or CV?

Once you’re logged in, navigate to your profile settings where you can update your personal information, upload a new CV, and make any other administrative changes you need.


How do I check the status of my application?

Head over to your dashboard after logging in. There, you’ll find an overview of all your applications along with their current statuses. If you are successful, you will always receive a phone call. If you are unsuccessful, you will receive an email and the outcome will be listed on your application. You are able to cancel interviews stating a reason, the recruitment team will be notified and will be in touch if there are any available interview slots.
