TeamSport Reading has officially re-opened its Reading track this week following its £1.35 million renovation, now boasting a 450m track along with a new track layout.
Thrill seekers can now battle it out and race to the finish line on TeamSport’s Reading multi-level circuit, in the brand-new fleet of electric karts. Jam-packed with hairpin bends and fast straights, the track is guaranteed to test your racing skills to the limit and to get your heart-thumping. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just a beginner TeamSport Reading is fully equipped to suit all your needs.
The new TeamSport Venue opened to the public on Friday, July 28 where families were able to experience the new Combat Karts interactive gaming area for the first time. It is the third track in the UK, to be home to the remarkable Combat Karts, as well as being the first track in the South to hold this experience. A one-of-a-kind family friendly, interactive activity, where racing meets gaming. Combat Karts allows 8 players to take to the track and race it out for the chequered flag, whilst collecting and acquiring boosts and bonuses to gain advantages over fellow opponents!
Combat Karts is a totally unique experience and is a perfect opportunity for gamers and racers to interact. The interactivity of this experience is incredible, played over a series of nail-biting laps, the positions of players is continuously changing, meaning anyone could be the winner!
