1. Promoter
- The promoter of this competition is TeamSport whose registered office is TeamSport Indoor Karting, C1 Endeavour Place, Coxbridge Industrial Park, Alton Road, Farnham, Surrey, GU10 5EH.
2. Eligibility
- Open to UK residents aged 16 and over only.
- One entry per email address.
- Employees of TeamSport, their immediate families, and anyone professionally associated with the promotion are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion opens on 31st October 2025 and will close on 23:59 2nd November or when all prizes have been claimed. Prizes are strictly limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis
4. How to Enter
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- Entry is via the pop-up on the TeamSport website.
- Participants must submit a valid email address to claim a prize.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to spin the wheel and reveal your prize.
- The promotion is limited to the first 24,000 valid entries. Once all prizes have been claimed, the promotion will end and a “Sorry, all out of prizes” message will be displayed.
- Each entrant will win a prize, subject to availability.

- Free Can of Monster Energy Drink
- All Go Karting vouchers and discount codes can be redeemed for Ultimate Race Experience, Family Ultimate Race Experience, and Combat Karts sessions (where available) at any of the TeamSport UK locations.
- Vouchers and discount codes are valid Sunday to Friday only, not valid between 11/12/2025 and 06/01/2026, and expire 30/03/2026 (except 15% off, which is valid for use until 30/11/2025 for bookings until 31/03/2026, same exclusions apply).
- Monster Energy Drink prize: Voucher for a free can, redeemable at track, no purchase necessary. Entrants must be aged 16 or over to claim this prize. Proof of age may be required at redemption.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotional code.
6. Prize Fulfilment
- All Go Karting vouchers and discount codes will be sent to the email address provided at entry. Discount codes will be available on screen after entering the competition.
- Emails with vouchers, discount codes and Monster Energy Drink vouchers will be sent on 3rd November.
- Monster Energy Drink vouchers will be issued with a unique barcode and must be presented at the track to redeem before end of 30th November 2025.
7. Liability
- TeamSport accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical failures or issues beyond its control.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeamSport will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of accepting any prize.
- Nothing in these terms shall exclude TeamSport’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
8. Data Protection
- All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and TeamSport’s privacy policy.
- Data will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and, where consent is given, for marketing purposes.
- Entrants have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting TeamSport.
9. Complaints
- Any complaints regarding the promotion should be sent in writing to TeamSport Indoor Karting, C1 Endeavour Place, Coxbridge Industrial Park, Alton Road, Farnham, Surrey, GU10 5EH. TeamSport will endeavour to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.
10. General
- TeamSport reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
- TeamSport reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
- The promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
