Boxing day Voucher Terms and Conditions

• The purchased e-vouchers will be emailed to the person making the purchase for you to forward or print for the recipient.

Redeeming Your Voucher/s

• All karting sessions purchased using vouchers must be pre-booked and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
• Vouchers are valid against Ultimate Race Experience or Combat Kart Sessions (where available).
• Children must be a minimum age of 8 to participate. Additional height, health and weight restrictions apply.
• Participants aged under 16 require an adult over the age of 18 with them at all times.

Valid dates for voucher redemption

• Boxing day Race Experience vouchers are valid from 5th January 2026 until the 28th June 2026 with date exclusions.
• Boxing day Race Experience vouchers are not valid between: 15th February 2026 – 20th February 2026.
• Available Sunday to Friday (excludes Saturdays) at any time of day, when the race format is running and there is availability.

Vouchers must be booked and redeemed before 28th June 2026.

Obtaining Your Voucher

TeamSport issues face value vouchers ("Vouchers") entitling the Holder to choose, up to the value stated on the Voucher, on go-karting at our venues. Vouchers purchased from TeamSport will be issued directly by us to the purchaser.

Redeeming Your Social Membership

If you purchase the £28.99 Boxing Day Sale Bundle Voucher you'll be eligible for 12 months of Social Membership. Other vouchers do not include Social Membership.

• Your 12 months of Social Membership will start from the date that you go to the track to redeem your Bundle voucher.
• Social Membership will be applied to your account at the track when you arrive for your session. Our team will assign your Social Membership to your email address and present you with your Gloves and Cotton Balaclava.
• On becoming a Social Member you will receive a welcome email from TeamSport with all the details of your membership and your new benefits. Benefits of Social membership include 20% off full-priced go karting on future sessions. Find out more about Social Membership

20% Oxford Helmets & Accessories Discount

• Eligibility: Only valid when purchased with the TeamSport Boxing Day Sale Bundle Voucher (£28.99). Other vouchers do not include the Oxford Helmets & Accessories Discount.
• Where to redeem: Discount applies exclusively to Oxford helmets and accessories purchased at any of our 37 UK tracks.
• How to claim: Present your Boxing Day Go Karting Bundle voucher email to a team member at the track; they will apply the discount.
• Exclusions: The discount cannot redeemed online, it's only available at the tracks.
• Expiry: Offer ends 31st January 2026.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your Voucher, please call us within 28 days of purchase and we will happily arrange a full refund. Refunds will be paid back onto the credit/debit card used to place the original order. No interest will be paid on the amount to be refunded. Refunds cannot be issued if the voucher code has been redeemed against a booking.
