Summer Voucher Sale Terms and Conditions

Redemption Dates

  • Summer Race Experience vouchers are only valid on Sunday to Friday (not valid on Saturdays), subject to availability.
  • Summer Voucher Sale Race Experience vouchers are valid until the 30th July 2025.
  • Summer Voucher Sale Race Experience vouchers must be booked for sessions before 30th July 2025.

Delivery

  • Electronic vouchers are emailed immediately after payment is processed.

Redeeming

  • All karting sessions purchased using vouchers must be pre-booked and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
  • Vouchers are valid against Ultimate Race Experience or Combat Kart Sessions, when the race format is running and subject to availability. Combat Kart Sessions are available at Liverpool, Reading, Newcastle, Stoke, Preston and Mitcham.

Participants

  • Children must be a minimum age of 8 to participate. Additional height, health and weight restrictions apply.
  • Participants aged under 16 require an adult over the age of 18 with them at all times.

Obtaining Your Voucher

TeamSport issues face value vouchers ("Vouchers") entitling the Holder to choose, up to the value stated on the Voucher, on go-karting at our venues. Vouchers purchased from TeamSport will be issued directly by us to the purchaser.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your Voucher, please call us within 28 days of purchase and we will happily arrange a full refund.

  • Refunds will be paid back onto the credit/debit card used to place the original order.
  • No interest will be paid on the amount to be refunded.
  • Refunds cannot be issued if the voucher code has been redeemed against a booking.

Modification of Terms

TeamSport reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Step By Step Voucher Booking Instructions

  1. Search for your experience Select your preferred venue, date and number of drivers These vouchers are only valid Sunday to Friday. Saturdays are not valid.
  2. Select your preferred experience and time Select either the “Ultimate Race Experience” or the “Combat Karts” at your preferred time and click “Book Now”
  3. Sign in You will then be asked to sign into your TeamSport profile
  4. Enter your voucher code Once signed in proceed to the next page, and at the very bottom where it says “Promo code and voucher codes” enter your alphanumerical voucher code. If you have more than once voucher code, once your 1st code has applied, you can simply delete the text and add your next voucher code.
  5. Confirm your booking Click "Confirm booking” and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
