Kids and Family Ultimate Race Experience allows kids to race on their own, with friends, siblings or parents, alongside other kids and families alike. So itâs entirely up to the parents if you wish to join in on the fun or watch the kids find their way on the circuit whilst you relax trackside.

Who can race?
Go Karting at TeamSport is for anyone over the age of 8 years old* as long as they have an inside leg measurement of over 25 inches (measurements to be taken from crotch to heel of shoe) so they are able to operate the karts safely.

Our Cadet Karts are slightly smaller and less powerful than our adult carts for safety and are suitable for children aged between 8 and 12 years with a minimum inside leg measurement of 25 inches.
Older children or âJunior driversâ as we call them will kart in our adult carts and for this they need to be over the age of 13 and have a minimum inside leg measurement of 29 inches. Therefore, if all participants in the group you are planning to kart with are 13 years and over youâll need to book onto your chosen session as adults.
Whatâs the format?
Once everyone is signed in and into their race-wear, a member of the team will welcome all karters into a short safety briefing. The safety briefing is a great chance for any karting beginners to make themselves known and ask our team anything you need to know before heading trackside, youâll also be required to watch a short video explaining how the karts work, what will happen during your time on track and all the karting doâs and donâts! Then once youâre all set, a member of the team will show you the way to the circuit where weâll secure your helmets and allocate your karts to get ready to go. Ultimate Race Experiences are based on practice laps so you are always racing against the clock in an attempt to set your best lap times. Each karting session is followed by a short rest break where you can check out your personalised lap times via email, or via our free app, to see how you raced, and compare to others as well as learn some tips and tricks from our trackside crew or enjoy some refreshments!

How long is the experience?
At most tracks you will get 2 x 15 minutes worth of race time. We recommend to allow 1.5-2 hours in total from arrival for your Ultimate Race Experience for individuals and small groups, larger parties may require longer.
How much does it cost?
