Amend your booking up to 48 hours before your race
Giving our customers peace of mind and clarity around our booking terms and conditions is important to us.
When you place a booking with us, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because we reserve the spaces for you and may turn other drivers away.
We understand that even the best-laid plans can change, so for a small surcharge you can purchase Flexi-book when making your booking. Flexi-book gives you added flexibility to amend or cancel your booking.
Flexi-book must be purchased when you make your booking and cannot be added after payment has been made.
Changing your booking
As the karts on your session are reserved exclusively for you, all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Flexi-book cannot be added to a booking after payment has been made.
With Flexi-book
If you have purchased Flexi-book, you can change your booking date and/or venue without paying any amendment or administration fees, provided you give us at least 48 hours' notice.
Changes are subject to availability and you will need to pay any difference if your new booking is more expensive.
Without Flexi-book
If you have not pre-purchased Flexi-book, a £10 per person administration fee, or a £5 per person for ancillary activities, will be charged for any requested amendments. Any changes remain subject to availability and any applicable price difference.
Cancelling your booking
If you have purchased Flexi-book and give us at least 48 hours' notice, you can cancel your booking and receive voucher credit for the full value of your booking.
Your voucher will:
- Be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Be non-refundable.
- Be redeemable against a future booking.
Bookings without Flexi-book are not eligible for cancellation or voucher credit.
The small print
- Flexi-book must be purchased at the time of booking.
- Once you amend your booking, your Flexi-book benefit has been used.
- If you would like Flexi-book protection on your new booking, you will need to purchase it again.
- Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Without Flexi-book: booking amendments incur a £10 per person fee; ancillary activity amendments incur a £5 per person fee.
