FLEXI-BOOK TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Add Flexi-book TO CHANGE OR CANCEL
Giving our customers peace of mind and clarity around our booking terms and conditions is really important.
When you place a booking with us, it is non-transferable or refundable. This is because we reserve the spaces for you and possibly turn other drivers away.
You can choose to add a Flex option when you make your booking, for a small surcharge. This gives you added flexibility to move or cancel your booking.
The following information outlines the details of our Flex upgrade option:
You must purchase the Flex option when you place your booking.
You can change it for free or cancel for a voucher credit if you simply give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
HELP IS ON HAND 7 DAYS A WEEK:
Our LIVECHAT facility is manned 7 days a week, 9 am – 9 pm and can answer any questions you may have.
Change or Cancel with a Flex ticket.
CHANGING YOUR BOOKING:
With a Flexi-book ticket, you can change the date and/or the track that you have your booking at without incurring any amendment/ admin fees. Just bear in mind any changes to dates and times are subject to availability and you may need to pay any difference in price. You will just need to give us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING:
If you decide you no longer want to race with us for the date you have booked, you can cancel your booking and we’ll give you voucher credit that can be used for a future booking in the next 12 months. You will just need to give us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
This voucher credit will be for the full value of your booking and is non-refundable.
THE SMALL PRINT:
Once you rebook for a new date your Flexi-book is used. If you want to keep the benefit of Flexi-book on your new booking, you’ll need to pay the surcharge again.
Bookings without Flex are non-transferable or refundable.
