These positions see you at the start of our management journey. It is a dual role position, split 15 hours as Duty Manager and additional 15 hours as Membership Manager, weekly.
As a Duty Manager you’ll help with the running of your shift inspiring your team to keep heart’s racing, adrenaline pumping and smiles on our customer’s faces. All this whilst overseeing the running of our reception and snack bar areas, keeping a watchful eye on H&S and helping with reports on H&S, finance and stock control.
We look for a minimum of 18 months’ customer service experience with 6 months’ supervisory experience ideally within the leisure industry.
The Membership Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining the GRID membership database, reaching out to new members, liaising with track management, delivery of a high quality membership events for GRID members, grow the membership base per track, delivery of exceptional customer service and ensuring 50% retention rate.
Being a Membership Sales Manager, you would need to be able to talk to existing members about new and ongoing events, promote and entice new customers to become members, and working with the team and managers to promote new and exciting outreach programmes. You will need to be a strong communicator, attention to detail, sales driven, creative marketing and good interpersonal skills.
15 hours per week, including weekends and must be available at all GRID member event to help build relationships and make our members feel valued.
6-9 months customer service experience required.
