We are looking for talented Customer Service professionals who will focus on our customers’ journey with us from start to finish. You will be on hand to help groups of customers with their registration details, through to the pre-drive briefing, commentating on the race and then helping to serve refreshments and snacks whilst talking through other TeamSport events.
This will include Greeting and Registering drivers, Conducting briefings as per the company standards, Assist with Pit lane responsibilities, Observe the driving standards of the group and assist with the Race Directing, Commentate on the driving (even if the entire group is racing), Hand out laptimes, offer driving tips and generally liaising with the group between driving sessions

The Marshal role, will report to the Manager on duty and be responsible for supervising the track during race meetings and other events. Good customer service skills are important, as is the ability to work well under pressure and keep a cool head, whilst maintaining safety standards.
We are looking for someone with 6 -12 months experience in a 7 day/week customer service environment ideally within the leisure sector.
The position involves mainly evening and weekend shifts.
