The Digital Marketing Manager role is to further fuel our growth and increase the speed of delivering results. This person will have a huge opportunity to make a big impact within the business, across all our digital marketing channels. We are seeking an experienced, data driven digital marketer, able to hit the ground running and help to drive the performance of all the digital channels, building outstanding digital customer journeys. The Head of Digital and Marketing Director will work alongside with you to implement the strategic view of the digital offering, using your experience and insights, to ensure the delivery of an excellent online customer experience, that optimises customer acquisition and retention.
This is a full time role, 42.5 hours per week, 50% based at Head Office Farnham, Surrey, and 50% working from home.
What will you be doing ?
Working closely with the Head of Digital and other product owners in the marketing team, implement the Digital Marketing strategy that leverages all relevant channels, including website, email, PPC, display, remarketing and paid social media.
Manage company’s websites – collate and upload new images and content, and make sure all website pages provide an optimum booking journey and customer experience.
Build out custom landing pages for digital marketing and email marketing campaigns, while A/B testing and focusing on conversion rate optimisation.
Work with the Digital Marketing Executive to strategically plan, create, edit and publish engaging content across all current social media platforms and increase the social media following/audience and interaction with the posts.
Measure and report on performance of digital marketing efforts using SEM Analytics tools.
Deliver against customer experience and commercial targets to improve performance of the digital channels.
Working collaboratively with other members of the marketing team to optimise campaigns and ensure customer experience on site is optimum.
You will help the Head of Digital to develop and educate internal talent and stakeholders. Plan and build best in class email marketing and CRM communications, testing and ultimately ensuring the messaging is correct, timely and effective.
You'll need to have a minimum of CIM Diploma level or above, and/or Marketing Degree, and/or equivalent Digital Marketing qualifications. In addition, we need someone who has a strong eCommerce background, ideally within travel, hospitality, leisure sectors, or an eCommerce industry is a distinct advantage. Someone who is on pulse with all things digital (blogs, latest technology and trends), creative but also have an analytical mindset.

Taking incoming calls from customers seeking advice on events, your job is to convert these calls into bookings for our tracks around the country. This is a fast paced role that requires a level head, a good telephone manner, strong administration skills and the ability to work to targets.
Hours are between 9:00 am – 6:30pm with early and late shifts, Saturdays or Sundays or both.
