TEAMSPORT Farnham - Head Office

Payroll / Accounts Assistant

Up to £27,000

An initial 12 month contract for a 50/50 Payroll & Accounts Assistant, working with over 20 sites and managing 2 payrolls with a combined total of over 700 staff. This role requires someone who is used to working in a multi- site or multi business unit organisation. You must be happy to deal with a hands on, busy and varied role which will include payroll, purchase ledger, bank reconciliations and general accounting matters. You will need to be organised, detail conscious and able to communicate effectively at all levels across the business.

Strong excel skills and previous working knowledge of payroll systems required.

Events Coordinator

Up to £17,000 (OTE up to £25,000)

Taking incoming calls from customers seeking advice on events, your job is to convert these calls into bookings for our tracks around the country. This is a fast paced role that requires a level head, a good telephone manner, strong administration skills and the ability to work to targets. The role includes one weekend shift each week.

Hours are between 8:45 - 6:30 with early and late shifts.

We look for 1 years' sales experience.

Regional Operations Director (ROD)

Up to £60,000 + uncapped bonus and company car

Based in the North of the UK, this newly created role will be directly responsible for the people, performance, service, standards, and safety across all sites within the region.You will be forward thinking & proactive with a hands-on approach together with a natural talent to inspire and lead a team of General Managers and their sites.

Candidates must have extensive experience within the leisure, service, attraction, or retail sectors and be able to demonstrate at least 5 years multi-site management experience.
