Farnborough Vacancies

Full time Duty Manager
Up to £18,250 + uncapped bonus


As a Duty Manager you will report to the General Manager and help to run the day to day operations of the track and associated race events within agreed budgets, whilst encouraging staff and engaging with our customers.

This will include the organised running of the centre such as management of track personnel, delivering driver health & safety briefings, and commentating on the race action from Race Control as well as overseeing the snack bar facilities all with the highest levels of customer service.

We look for outgoing, confident team players with excellent communication skills and 6-12 months supervisory experience ideally within the leisure industry.

Part time Duty Manager
Up to £7.69ph + uncapped bonus

Race Director
Up to £6.50ph + team bonus + company benefits

This role will report to the Duty Manager and be responsible for the proactive marshalling of all track events, whilst providing outstanding customer service and maintaining safety standards.

There will be operational and administration elements to this job together with an ongoing contribution to the development of up-sells, both planned and speculative. 

We are looking for someone with 1 years’ team leader experience ideally within the leisure sector. So if you have what it takes to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment and have a passion for the Motorsport industry then this is the job for you!

Track Marshal
Up to £6.50ph + team bonus + company benefits

The Marshal role, will report to the Manager on duty and be responsible for supervising the track during race meetings and other events.

Good customer service skills are important, as is the ability to work well under pressure and keep a cool head, whilst maintaining safety standards.

We are looking for someone with 6 -12 months experience in a 7 day/week customer service environment ideally within the leisure sector. The position involves mainly evening and weekend shifts.

Front of House
Up to £6.50ph + team bonus + company benefits

Reporting to the Manager on duty you will be responsible for delivering a first class Front of House experience to all our customers, including initial registration, handling payments and up selling offers.

You will be responsible for keeping the front of house area clean, ensuring the accurate completion of registration documents and that company procedures are adhered to. You will also be responsible for helping in the snack bar when the need arises serving food and drink.

We look for NVQ level 2 or equivalent, with previous experience in a food or drink customer facing environment and good interpersonal skills.

Snack Bar Assistant
Up to £6.50ph + team bonus + company benefits

The snack bar role, will report to the Manager on duty and be responsible for dealing with customers at our busy snack bars. This will include serving customers, keeping the snack bar clean, handling payments and up selling offers to customers.

You will be responsible for keeping the snack bar clean, whilst helping to maintain stock levels.
