Track Staff: Front of House, Track Marshal, Bar Staff, Event Hosts, Race Directors.

All these roles are customer facing as such we look for a minimum of 6 months customer service experience. We want team players, who enjoy dealing with customers and are passionate about delivering the best service in a fun environment.

Track Management: Duty Managers, Assistant General Manager, General Manager

First job as a manager or looking for a change? We want to hear from you. TeamSport is committed to offering training and progression opportunities to all its staff. With new tracks opening all the time our management structure has never looked so good. We look for a minimum of 12-18 months supervisory experience ideally within a leisure or retail background.

Office Opportunities: Event Coordinators, Outbound Sales, Finance, Marketing

Looking to join the fun in an office role? We have office teams based in Farnham and Warrington. We look for a minimum of 12 months experience in either sales, administration or finance dependent on the job but always with an emphasis on customer service, attention to detail and working in a team.
