KIDS AND FAMILY GO KARTING IN GLASGOW AND DUNDEE

Many of today’s Formula 1 stars like Lewis Hamilton, and Scotland’s very own David Coulthard, who has raced at ScotKart, began their motorsport career racing go karts.

Our fleet of specially designed cadet and adjustable junior Biz race karts are the ideal introduction to this exciting sport. Using race tuned Honda engines, they offer a highly responsive and rewarding drive, unlike heavy electric go karts with poor handling and unresponsive controls.

No prior go karting experience is required, our team of trained professionals are dedicated to you and your family enjoying all the thrills and spills of go karting, but in a safe and controlled environment.

Drivers just need to be aged 8 years old and above, and be a minimum inside leg measurement (with shoes on) of 25 inches to reach the pedals comfortably.

Whether you are booking a go karting birthday party or an Everyday Race Session in Glasgow at ScotKart in Cambuslang or Clydebank or Dundee you are guaranteed a memorable and exhilarating karting experience, at our National Karting Association registered go kart tracks.

These mixed racing sessions allow kids and families to race against each other out on track, so if it is a fun family day out that you are looking for this is the event for you. Every racer will be kitted out with professional racewear and have a full safety briefing before getting into your karts. Each session will be followed by a break where all drivers receive personalised electronically-timed, lap time print-outs.

We are starting to introduce our brand-new Go Karting Race Academy so if you think that your cadet karters would love the chance to learn a new skill as exhilarating as go karting or do they already have what it takes and just need a few pointers here and there to get to grips with some of the trickier aspects that even you’re not sure on? These go kart training sessions are available for ages 8 to 11 only.
