TEAMSPORT London Tower Bridge
Up to £26,000 + uncapped bonus
This position is just one, fast track, step away from running your own track, as a General Manager, and with our current growth plans we are looking for people with an eye on the future. Leading by example you will oversee the day to day operations of the track including staffing, new business development, administration and of course working closely with our customers.
2 years management & staff supervision. Leisure or retail industries preferred.

These roles work the track and pit lane helping kids and adults alike into their karts, whilst making sure that their race suits, helmets and karts are safe and ready to use. You will be there to marshal the track sessions, assist if karts spin off and ensure that the karts are ready and waiting for the new session. Being friendly, keen to help and professional at all times is key to this role.
Training and progression offered as well as the opportunity for additional shifts (and training) as a Mechanic for someone who is keen and interested in progressing in this area.
6-9 months customer service experience required.

Covering our customers’ events from beginning to end these role include everything from greeting and registering, group briefings, commentating on races, giving tips on how to race faster and better and being a shoulder to cry on for those at the back of the leader board. You will also be on hand to refuel our customers with food and drink from the snack bar and answer any questions big or small from the moment the enter the track. We are looking for people to cover Front of House, Snack Bar and Event Host roles who are driven by excellent customer service and understand the importance of putting the customer on pole, whilst having fun.
9-12 months customer service experience ideally within the Leisure Industry.
