LONDON TOWER BRIDGE TRACK VACANCIES
Front of House/Snack Bar Assistant
Up to £7.25 per hour
The front of house/snack bar job role, will report to the Manager on duty and be responsible for delivering a first class customer service to all customers. From registering customers on arrival to preparing and serving hot and cold food and drinks, handling payments and up selling offers to customers. You will be responsible for keeping the snack bar area clean, whilst completing any supplier documents if required.
We are looking for someone with a good level of education to NVQ level 2 or equivalent and with previous experience in a food or drink customer facing environment and good interpersonal skills. So if you have want it takes to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment and have a passion for the Motorsport industry then this is the job for you!
Please be aware that this role include evening and weekend shifts.
Up to £7.25 per hour + uncapped bonus
The Marshal role, will report to the Manager on duty and be responsible for supervising the track during race meetings and other events. Good customer service skills are important, as is the ability to work well under pressure and keep a cool head, whilst maintaining safety standards.
We are looking for someone with 6 -12 months experience in a 7 day/week customer service environment ideally within the leisure sector. The position involves mainly evening and weekend shifts.
