Happy Formula 1 Holidays
It seems Lewis Hamilton is making the most of the F1 summer break as he travels through the Caribbean and the USA with his girlfriend Nicole Scherzinger! That said, he is not taking the opportunity to relax by the sound of his tweets! He has proudly told his followers about his 6am rock climbs, mountain runs and 3km swims in the sea, which if nothing else will surely stand him in good stead for the rest of the season! Last week he tweeted:
Good morning all. Hope your well. 6am & I'm on my way to go rock climbing, 600ft mountain. Should be good. How are you today?
Lewis isn't the only one pushing his bodily limits to the test during the holidays as Jenson Button took part in a Triathlon yesterday! He has set up The Jenson Button Triathlon Trust to raise money for Help for Heroes and....the person that raises the most for him will be awarded with a VIP trip to the Monaco Grand Prix in 2013 on the Jenson Button Trust Yacht for 2 people. They will also get a McLaren Technology Centre tour, a meeting with JB and signed personalised shirt! Wow, get fundraising people! I hope you guys have found some sun, sea and sand this summer and have taken it a bit easier than Lewis and Jenson! Hope it went well yesterday Jenson!
