Jenson Button is Expecting McLaren to Get Back to the top

The McLaren driver expects a quick reaction to the events in Turkey

Only two weeks after the Chinese Grand Prix saw Lewis Hamilton of McLaren come first with an impressive race and a somewhat more impressive strategy

McLaren fell off the top spot again. McLarens plans for turkey were similar to those employed in China but they failed to pay off and it left Lewis Hamilton placed fourth with Jenson Button placed sixth. Jenson Button has gone on to say that his McLaren team will react quickly to this situation and get to work on those upgrades as soon as possible to make certain that their chances in Spain are something to rival that of the elite class once again.

We're always developing new solutions, too, and I know that the designers are pushing hard on all fronts to make sure we're in a position to win more races.

McLaren haven’t really put a foot wrong this season, it’s just that they haven’t really done anything exceptional to prove they belong at the top so far. We caught a glimpse of this willingness in China so I can only hope we get to see more victories for McLaren and to put Red Bull in a position where they’ll really have to struggle to keep their top places.
