Help a Capital Child Charity was set up to help disadvantaged young people who may be affected by homelessness, abuse, poverty and illness.
The aim of the charity is to provide grants to hundreds of local projects and groups located throughout London. Between 2010-2011 a record breaking £1,586,340 was awarded to 431 charities and voluntary groups. Matt, one of the radio presenters from Capital FM agreed to do a skydrive for the charity and as part of the package the station decided to set him a few warm up challenges for each day of the week. Wednesday he made his way to TeamSport Cardiff and took on a mystery TeamSport Karter (who I am convinced was The Dark Karter), check out the video below to see how he got on!
