Hamilton and Button spotted at Tower Bridge

The Mclaren drivers brave the torrential rains

8 July 2011

As it hammered down with rain yesterday, both Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton happily stood posing for a photoshoot in front of London Tower Bridge amongst a fleet of Vodafone branded Union Jack taxi cabs whilst sporting a classic Union Jack umbrella. The typically British torrential rains have been more than welcome this weekend by the two McLaren drivers who both enjoy driving in the wet conditions. It's no secret they both have great form in the rain with Hamilton's 2008 victory and Button's recent Montreal win whilst driving in dreadful weather conditions. The men have been giving out a relaxed attitude towards their home race with Button admitting that he doesn't feel any pressure yet and Hamilton adding that if the weather stays the way it is it's going to be one hell of a weekend and I have to agree with him on that one.
