The iPad isn't everyone's cup of tea, granted. However with the impending UK launch next week (28th May) there are a raft of cool iPad specific apps being released.
I already have an iPhone, so i wasn't all that bothered about the iPad, i can get most things i need done with it and it works well. however this one Formula 1 app could change things forever!! As well as all of the usual split timings you get on most iPhone and android apps already, however this app takes interactivity to the max and lets you actually see the location of all of the cars on the circuit in relation to one another. I get the feeling this would be perfect for pit stops when you are trying to work out if Lewis Hamilton will be able to get out of the pits in front of Felipe Massa or not!
