Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes will not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes. In some cases it is not possible for us to specify in advance the periods for which your personal data will be retained.
We ask all customers who are racing to provide personal data to us. We need to register (take personal data), so that there is a record of you racing with us. This is so that in the event of an incident on the track and any subsequent claim we have a record of your race. We will carefully store this information for a period of 3 years and 6 months from the date of your last visit.
For website visitors the Google Analytics Data Retention is set to 38 months before user-level and event-level data stored by Google Analytics is automatically deleted from Analytics’ servers. When data reaches the end of the retention period, it is deleted automatically on a monthly basis.
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this section, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
