Vacancies at the Crawley Karting Track

We are looking for a vibrant and pro active people to maintain the high standards at the Crawley track in the following roles:

Duty Manager   
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for the running of the centre and associated race events. The ideal candidate will need to be a confident, outgoing and flexible individual who is able to work evenings and weekends.  
Main duties will include the organized running of the centre, management of track personnel, delivering driver health & safety briefings, and commentating on the race action from Race Control. Other duties include driving new business and up selling to maximize income at all times.
A back ground in leisure management, a good level of computer literacy and experience in cash handling would be an advantage. 
Salary up to £18k + bonus

Part Time Race Director   
Main duties will include the organized running of the track, management of track personnel, delivering driver health & safety briefings, and commentating on the race action from Race Control. A good level of computer literacy coupled with experience in cash handling would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will need to be a confident, outgoing and flexible individual who is able to work evenings and weekends.

Part Time Race Marshals   
Responsibilities will include supervising the track during race events and exceptional customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to work as part of a team and work well under pressure and keep a cool head.
The ideal candidate will need to be a confident, outgoing and flexible individual who is able to work evenings and weekends.

Part Time Catering Assistant
This is a customer facing position involving organisation and management of our ‘fuel’ snack bar at our busy leisure facility. Your responsibilities will include delivering an exceptional customer experience for all those that attend events at our site, driving sales though the consistent and successful delivery of this service, working as part of a motivated team to maintain constantly high standards during times of operation and the timely and accurate completion of all associated admin and paper work.
Shift times are centered around weekends and evenings.

Some cash handling experience desirable
